Fees are in Euros and include 10% French VAT.
Registration fees include:
- Access to the plenary sessions, the poster sessions and the exhibition
- All conference materials (pass, program,...)
- Lunch and coffee breaks on site
- Welcome reception on Monday 7 July
- Virtual tour of the CEA-Leti clean room on Tuesday 8 July (limited number)
- Banquet is included only for professionals. For students, it is an extra option with additional fees (80€)

CANCELLATION FEES
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend AEFM 2025 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at

- Cancellations until 6 May 2025: 50€ for administrative costs
- Cancellations from 6 May to 6 June 2025: 50% penalty
- Cancellations after 6 June 2025: no refund - 100% penalty
