Conference dinner is included only for professionals. For students, it is an extra option with additional fees (80€)

Cancellation policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend AEFM 2025 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at aefm2025@inviteo.fr

Cancellations until 6 May 2025: no penalty
Cancellations from 6 May to 6 June 2025: 50% penalty
Cancellations after 6 June 2025: no refund - 100% penalty

Data Processing

The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for CEA-Leti in order to manage the logistic organization of the 5^th AEFM Conference.
The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the conference:
